1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HindHomes (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Listings

Listings on HindHomes are submitted by owners, agents, and builders. HindHomes verifies information where the listing is marked 'Verified' but does not independently verify every listing. All listings are subject to review, edit, and removal at HindHomes' discretion for accuracy, safety, or policy reasons.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, to comply with all applicable Indian laws (including RERA disclosure requirements where applicable), and to not misuse the Service — including no scraping, no bulk data extraction, no misrepresentation, and no illegal or harassing content.

4. Property Information

Property details — including price, area, amenities, and RERA numbers — are provided by the person who posts the listing. While we make reasonable efforts to verify Premium and Featured listings, buyers and renters are responsible for independently verifying any property before any transaction, deposit, or payment.

5. Payments

Paid services such as Featured, Premium, and Verified listings are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content on HindHomes are owned by HindHomes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the Service or its content except as expressly permitted.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not post duplicate, fake, or misleading listings; use HindHomes for anything unlawful; attempt to access accounts you do not own; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission; or interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

HindHomes is a listing platform and is not a party to any real-estate transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, HindHomes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any breach of these Terms, or for behaviour that endangers other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
