The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) is designed to protect home buyers and boost investments in the real estate industry. Under RERA, every builder must register their project with the state regulatory authority before marketing or selling units.

How to Verify RERA Registration:
- Find RERA ID: Note down the RERA Registration Number displayed on the HindHomes property listing details card.
- Visit State Portal: Go to the official RERA website of the state where the property is located (e.g., UP-RERA for Noida, HARERA for Gurgaon, MahaRERA for Mumbai).
- Search Project: Use the "Registered Projects" search box and enter the RERA Registration Number.
- Inspect Details: Review builder details, sanctioned floor plans, financial disclosures, bank escrow account detail, and estimated completion date.
